Six members of the ICT Consortium NI visited Sofia in Bulgaria to examine the use of information and communication technologies amongst various non-governmental organisations.  The purpose of the visit was to examine models of best practice; to forge links; to learn from their experiences and to identify models which could be replicated in Northern Ireland.
